Nebraska’s season ended with a heartbreaking 27-24 loss to Iowa yesterday. Finishing 5-7, the Huskers will miss a bowl for the third-straight season.
After the game, second-year Nebraska head coach Scott Frost said he inherited a team with “weak confidence.” That comment didn’t sit well with former Husker star and Frost’s old teammate Tommie Frazier.
Frazier threw some not-so-subtle shade at Frost on Twitter today, claiming that people, presumably Nebraska fans, believe in “someone that can’t get it done.” Frazier also stuck up for the Husker plays.
“I will not comment on Nebraska football again until they make a bowl,” he tweeted. “It’s obvious that people believe in someone that can’t get it done. Those players played their asses off yesterday.”

Yikes. Pretty clear that Frazier is not happy with what he’s seen from Frost.
Next season is a critical one for Frost and the Nebraska
